No one else has really commented on the AGM. Did they take questions from the floor or answer any questions that had been sent in writing in advance?
Did resolution 7 get discussed, amended (there was already a 25.9 so I though it needed a minor tweak - as written it seemed to suggest overwriting an existing clause) at all or did they just go straight to the vote?
Was there any sort of acknowledgement from the board that they'd heard any valid criticisms or did they proceed as though they were not aware of any discontent?
How many people were in the room? How long did the meeting last?
