I read this as Killian managing expectations against a quick result - even this trial could take a year.
Another announcement that we should see before end of year would be on the manufacturing agreement with Fujifilm which was described as having 90 days to negotiate in the 30 September announcement - so that could be any day now.
I'd expect an announcement (despite director trades) because Fujifilm was going to extend another twelve months their escrow on shares if the manufacturing deal went ahead - so I guess, not if it doesn't. The end of the 90 days would be significant in my opinion because of the relationship or otherwise between Fuji and Cyp.
