I completely disagree that the regular shareholders are getting offered shares on the same terms as the sophs. ...............................whereas the regular shareholders have none of those informational and certainty advantages.
To me it really seems like Ross and the board have favored themselves and the sophs over the regular shareholders.
I am not sure what you are complaining about - shareholders have access to as many shares as they want at present (not limited to $30,000 for SPP) on market at a cheaper price than the SPP so hardly a disadvantage and that looks to be getting cheaper by the day at present
As for the options attached to the SPP - well they have an exercise price of $0.30 so again shareholders can buy the same amount of shares as their would be allocation of options at a 10 cent or 36% discount right now, which is probably more than what the options will list for once issued (10 cents) IMO .... seems like shareholders are at an advantage at present, not a disadvantage as you claim and this 'advantage' will only increase as the share price drops ?
