I think you're the one that is confused .... perhaps read my post again - Sophs received a discount initially and paid 21.5 cents ($5 million) and then there was a further discount for the SPP retail shareholders ($2.05 million) which overall means more shares were issued than originally planned by CYP and therefore creates a bigger dilution - just sayin'
I am sure the Sophs are over the moon (not) that they paid 21.5 cents and then the retail component only paid 15.5 cents after receiving a further discount
