Shares on issue sits around 102,000,000 so the current bid is $204,000,000AUD which at current exchange rates is roughly $144,000,000USD. We all know the story behind the sale of CDI and the financial trouble they were in and that went for $307,000,000USD which is $436,000,000. We are not in financial trouble, in fact have cash in the bank, and have 3 clinical trials in different indications all due to commence this calander year Therefore to even get close to an equivalent bid the starting price should be AT LEAST $5AUD and imo the company is worth double that. Looking forward to an announcement Monday that the board has rejected the current offer.
