Here is a thought, you are FF and you have an agreement to sign that for all intents and purposes you have from day 1 dictated the terms and conditions of signature. Now all of a sudden another Pharma comes in, and not just another Pharma but a Japanese Pharma no less, who are prepared to buy out the Company as a whole, if successful not only can they in all probability tell FF we are no longer interested in your proposal, I mean if FF have the ability to end up saying not interested then I am reasonably sure CYP have the same out clause, but they can also then dictate the terms and conditions for not only usage of the technology but how much they are going to charge you for the privilege on an ongoing basis !! The list of OMG goes on if FF I'm guessing.
