6 months is a long time, could it be Fuji are not satisfied with the structure of CYP... i.e how they have set up the exclusive license and royalties of the tech from uni Wisconsin. The 6 months could be for CYP to get their house in an order to Fuji’s liking.. in the end, Fuji can’t progress P2 until something is signed and they have repeatedly stated they are going to phase 2.... will this take 6 months, seems unlikely.
