Perhaps if management had spent some time growing the egg instead of a big part of it feathering their own nests and trying to time things for their own payback, it wouldnt be on their faces right now. Yet another Australian bio with questions now on its ability to execute.

Its palpable that something that has been in train for as long as it has should falter due to "deal structure" or some nonsense right on the line. That's not even a sensible excuse and should be something lawyers could sort out in a couple of days, not 6 months.

I am utterly sick of bios with life changing technology taking their own sweet time to do things due to poor execution. This is not just a 6 month contract delay, its a 6 month product delay. That's 6 months worth of GvHD sufferers that wont get this treatment. Due to the options, which have not yet been well explained as to what the rights actually mean, perhaps 6 months for those items as well.

Guys, get off your duff and start talking to a few more companies than FujiFilm. Sanofi, Pfizer etc would be a real start. We need to get the stronger competitive tension up now you've extended Fuj without recompense. Perhaps if there was better competing interest Fuj may not have been in a position to quibble over things.

I have no doubt the technology we acquired from Wisconsin, the home of stem cells, has the capacity to transform the medical world. Unfortunately its vested in a group of people who seem to have little capacity to execute.
