Hi wasa the delay is because fuji's legal team are tied up with recent purchase of biogen which cost them about 900m will take a while to sort out, for them it takes priority cyp could of said an extension of 1-2 months & then how would it have looked if they needed more time so it was best put it back to sept but really think will be all signed off lot earlier, see wainwright report today says it's merely bump in road & have a target of $2 & that's only for GVHD cheers
