Buying ?!! Or being gifted!
Looks to me like they (Fujifilm) got 6 months extra time on their existing option for exactly zero extra dollars outlaid.
The concern I have is what that says about CYP management's own perception of the strength of their negotiating position.
On first impressions Fujifilm don't even seem to be leaving them (Cyp management) any dignity. Not even a token fee as a fig leaf for the half year time extension.
