The issue I have is that we are giving 6 months away for no compensation. Given that there are take up options associated with things other than GvHD, all of which have not been fully laid out, then this is a gift to a company that has not acted with good diligence to get their option closed out. 6 months after all this time says Fuji is not acting in good faith either.
At the least, several million more on the option price or loss of the other first rights to take up on other indications should have been the consequence of agreeing to the the extension.
