At least there was a timeframe for this "low key company" to get the deal done. Fuji, have no such thing. I would have like to see some cash down and three months to do the deal. Also the we should have the Germans working to some milestone that have more coin associated to it. At the momemt both are working to their timeframes with no consequences for how long it takes
