I also forgot to mention that Fuji already mentioned the 10% stake in September while Cynata didn't, they only said US$3 million.
Now Cynata also mentions 10.01%, which is an important % as they can block any other TO offer... Just saying...
With Fuji (8 mio shares), CR (6 mio shares), options to be converted (11 mio) and SOI of currently 73 mio, that brings our register to about 98 mio shares, which means Fuji is short on the 10% mark again. Expect some action there...
