Salaries are covered for a while. That's a relief. For those on salary.
Anyone got any ideas what the BoDs has set Ross's KPIs thi year? Or is it going to be another mystery like last year? I.e. exhale after inhaling for 12 months straight?
I think the biggest issue is staff retention. Don't think others won't have their eye on these go-getters!
I sense a pay review is needed. And maybe a bonus to tame these tigers. Grrrrrr.
