Agree, nice summary. Discounted CR when lots (myself included) thought this was the opportune time to let the stock have a run on good news is disappointing.
But on the other hand, the company now ends the year with ~$12M in the bank. This puts Cynata in a better position to license DFU, as they're less desperate for a large upfront payment which may have stolen from the future to pay for today (i.e. lower royalty payments).
What is critical now is that the GvHD trial results meet the timeframe forecast (results this time next year) and they DON'T DO ANOTHER RAISE OFF THOSE RESULTS. We will be in a similar position next year (perhaps $1-2M more cash on hand), so the existing shareholder dilution has to cease and heavy focus must be placed on delivering on the commercial side of the business.
