As I understand it, there were around 180M shares on issue at June this year, which has just increased by 44M out of this cosy deal. Take into account a discount price of 18c for this 25% dilution and I, as a long term holder, feel a little disgruntled. I guess I get the opportunity to have a say on the Director share issue at the general meeting in Feb. Talk about snouts on the trough!!!!
