1lluminator linked to a Euroz Hartleys report on december 3rd in this forum - I know - I used it. Its still there on the other thread in the cyp message board on this forum - the market was trading (no halt) then on 3rd december.

1lluminators opened his thread with something like I expect everyone has seen this - but actually I hadn't until then. Not saying they had to - but there was no market announcement or email to shareholders (I didn't get one anyway) from cyp about the analyst report - unless I'm mistaken - don't think I am.

On the cynata website (going not via 1lluminators link here but rather via a browser) under the investor reports under 6 november - there is also Euroz Hartley's report. Above an august MST update.

I've had my share of disappointments dealing with the regulators - ASX and ASIC both.

But there are processes. There is a system.

Hypothetically -

If someone steals a lot of your money in broad daylight in front of a lot of witnesses leaving a trail of evidence that only has to be brought together and presented should one really do nothing?

And if they've done it to others (so its not just you) and they've done it more than once so its wasn't a mistake or an oversight - still do nothing?

It not necessary to have a voting block of 5 percent to make a reasonable appeal for justice fairness and decency - but it is necessary to actually decide to want to make the effort and its also necessary not to have lost touch with what is fair and just and decent also.
