I'm busy currently but that doesn't mean I don't think what you have posted is not important - I think its possibly important enough that I have printed it and the 3B so I don't forget about it.
If I recall correctly the entity that did the advising was named somewhere - like in an annual report or something - I don't have time to confirm that right now.
But it seems to me identifying whether the entity that did the advising has been informed to shareholder or no is a worthwhile question to answer.
BTW. From time to time people assert things about me that are not so.
Please do not assume that I have no legal skills and or experience - I wrote that sentence very carefully and it says exactly what I want it to to whom I wanted to say it - to your good self. Absolutely no threat is implied - only information.
