I get the feeling that Sumi didn't pull out, BUT Cynata have said 'onya bike' ( to an unrealistic offer).... GOOD ON THEM !!....and as @TheInvestorNick mentioned, negotiations are in place with other interested parties in a Fuji stye deal. I know many are looking for a quick deal, but (as i've mentioned before)....more than happy to wait !! GLTAH
