Most of this is an insane take. If we were paying $5M pre-results - yes you would have a point. But this is $230k. It is a critical component of using iPSC derived MSCs to treat wounds. Without it, we either develop our own (how much do you think that would cost?), or pay a royalty per bandage (how much do you think that would cost?), or just simply avoid the wound space. Given it's worth 10-11 figures per annum, USD, that would be an outrageous decision, given the positive pre-clinical data.

$230k is not a windfall. I don't think you'll find anyone on your side about that.
Most of your post speaks of someone who feels very strongly about shareholder rights, but doesn't properly understand how to run a business.
Shareholder activism only works when you understand why levers are being pulled and what other levers are available to you. Without purchasing this IP, CYP-006 becomes far more difficult to license as there is now another party that needs to be dealt with, and that ONLY complicates things.
