Whilst the first approval of an MSC product by the FDA should give reason to celebrate (putting all the ifs and buts aside about the approval process, trial design and trial results), parents of children with SR-aGvHD now have an option available to them without having to rely on compassionate use. If I was in a position that I had to make a decision between Ryoncil and SOC, I'd pick Ryoncil every time.
But man (and woman)... the rubbish posted on here by the MSB fanboi crew makes it hard to focus on the above milestone...
Do we really have to take this down the gutter - again (using my nickname as I don't feel the need to set up and post under a different one like...)?
