One of the great parts about the Cymerus manufacturing process is it doesn’t rely on fetal bovine serum as an MSC expansion culture medium (or xenongen or murine feeder).
This eliminates any adverse reaction caused by, for instance, injecting trace cow proteins into the blood stream. This is why MSB product has a large disclaimer on adverse reactions (turns out most ppl’s immune systems reject foreign protein compounds)
