I completely agree with you. I'm not hoping for a take over at these levels. And the model you highlight makes sense and was what the previous CEO was working towards. Who knows now?
But revisiting talks with Sumitomo regarding an indication would be fantastic. After all, like Fujifilm, Sumitomo have a large manufacturing facility:

KK must be proactive in seeking commercial deals, and Sumitomo could be an opportunity which presents itself. But of course I'm only speculating and don't know the full details of why a deal wasn't made the first time.
