As much as I appreciate that Avior will bring in much needed expertise in finance management, I somehow feel uneasy about the Secured Loan Deed for $6 million. What is it secured against? What role will an Avior appointed director play? Avior could potentially get all of our assets for $6 million. This strategic review looks almost like a VA to me.
