if I were Avoir, I'd run my eye down the balance sheet, stop at the concentrator and start looking for buyers.
A reasonable sale price would be adequate to meet debt repayments and have enough cash to wait for a copper price rally and for debt markets to turn. heck it might bring in more cash than the market cap.
It would also starve off any CR at a haircut price.
It is a race against insolvency. selling the concentrator puts us past the finish line, and if we need one in 7 years time, we fund it then from higher copper prices.
They need tp bring in a cost conscious bean counter to keep the boys from spending money on things like bigger shower cubicles.
