Yeap, confirmed having looked at the offer. March 3 GM needs approval from CZA, 50% acceptance from holders and 40% from loan note voters, and readmission to AIM.
Given no announcement we obviously still haven't hit 50, and when i checked the old announcement it was 41.x%, i thought from memory it was 43.x% so it looks like a long way to go. Obviously a few don't seem happy with the offer given they haven't accepted yet??
