I'd imagine Ganti, ideally for them, would steal the concentrate ready for sale and make a quick quid palming it off to another Mexican company ? After all they had their own trucks and loaders.
Would this give Ganti enough money to satisfy them and therefore forget pursuing CZL for more money and move on, and would CZL accept the losses and also move on ?
