Well, if you consider this a good investment, just go buy some CZN shares, you can still get them at 3.5 cents at the moment. So 12.5% cheaper than what BSX paid for it. Nevermind that there is also a 1 for 1 issue at 3 cents for existing holders creating massive headwinds for the share price.
I've followed CZN for the last 3 years and they've destroyed so much value that they had a 20:1 consolidation just last year and were already back at 3 cents despite nickel being at a decade high.
I really hope SW has done proper due diligence because this is the first time I see such a premium being paid for such a low performing stock.
