Honestly I am not concerned at all. Saying that though doesn’t mean I am right. . I think you are worried, which is fair enough. Saying its bad news board gone or David Flanagan I do not see it. There is heaps of smart well connected people and everyone can be replaced. . This news is uncommon, but then again its rare a single shareholder owns so much of a company. Usually boards are in control of a company as no shareholder has enough voting. In the case of CZR the board was not in control as Mark has majority share so he controls the company. Which means he can get rid of board if he wants and to me thats what we saw recently. . I am happy to hold and curious to see how this unfolds .
