My view... bit basic but difference in opinion within the board means decisions are being taken & things are moving fwd... the optics of chairman, ceo & board members resigning is not good but maybe it turns out to be a brilliant move to have a coherent board... at the end of the day these things rare but do happen especially in micro caps... Annie guo is a good & experienced operator, has delivered for mark before... give them some time!
