Mark Creasy has indicated he will accept the Fenix offer unless there is a better offer. So he MUST accept unless there is a superior offer. Mark can not vote NO. He either accepts the Fenix bid or accepts another superior bid IF one energes. The announcement today confirms there is currently no superior bid.
The Miracle offer has been terminated and is off the table. There is no FIRB process because the Miracle deal is dead.
not sure what you are waiting for? To me you will either get 0.85 Fenix or 0.98 Fenix shares. And at this stage looking like 0.85.
unless Fenix pulls the offer and then you go back to where you were before the Fenix offer except with no chance of a Miracle deal (or any deal) and no money.
