In case it’s been overlooked, there’s a poster here who is highly suspect of being involved with Fenix management whilst trying to masquerade as nothing more than a shareholder. They’re advising you that MC has no choice but to accept the offer unless another superior one is put forward.
Mind you, this is the same person that was asking you when Mark can accept the offer, pretending as though they didn’t know and yet, they’re able to state unequivocally that Mark can NOT vote no on this offer barring the above exception.
So I presume if this poster’s info is accurate, Mark will simply be waiting until the expiry date before accepting, in case another offer becomes forthcoming.
