sounds really cheap ... obviously to small for FMG to consider commercially viable but for a minnow like CZR a major aquasition
Still I guess that counts out FMG as suitor for a take over of CZR

Subject to satisfaction of completion of the sale occurring:
• CZR cash payment to Fortescue of $150,000
• 3.3 million CZR shares
• 1% FOB Revenue royalty covering any future production from the area of E08/2137 and mining
licence application M(A)08/519
• Transaction completion is subject to condition precedent (Assignment of Access Agreement which
Fortescue has the right to waive)
