1st positive noise for nearly 2 months. Unfortunately cannot see this proceeding past dfs without CR or JV. Stays in bottom draw until dfs, funding and next steps are made clear. Agree under 1c good price but lots of unknown risks so a bit of a gamble (horse has good pedigree, ground looks interesting but form so far is 0,0,0,0)
