I cannot see the shareholders supporting this with MCs 52% excluded from voting that leaves FMG in a strong position with +10% or 20% of the vote.
$10per dmt is a fair price ($330m). $3 is NOT
I also need to understand the benefits of holding shares in CZR post disinvestment.
SP finishing at 30c suggests mr market doesnt like the deal.
