All the media out tonight about it will assist the stock price.
As will the fact this is 43c per share cash when we are considerably lower than that at close today (deal risk etc).
I would support it at a meeting if it comes to that (as 43c cash is more than double where we were prior to this deal).
That said, I doubt this meeting or this deal will ever complete due to a superior proposal emerging...
