If you want real value for CZR SH? I would vote no for this binding agreement. It’s deal done gone wrong from the other half of Mr MC. He should be the one doing deals, not expecting it like AZS but a reasonable one. Chinese buying it like cheap as chips when IO prices are high. No dividends and again check DFS report if you think this low ball deal is worth the vote. NPV and cash flow on it? Rather mine it. It’s a bloody joke, worst deal in history for MC. This is an insult that board members think it’s the best deal. They just want a “big far cheque” and burn it themselves. It’ll take another lightyears to focus on Croydon and the rest. The process of PFS, DFS, BFS. Need the right value for Robe Mesa and need someone to offer a reasonable price.
