I've bought some of these yesterday and today - I was previously a holder but sold out a few years ago. At the current price the risk versus reward looks quite attractive IMO. The bid is for approx. $100 million whereas current market cap is approx. $85 million, so one would expect limited downside. The key risk is that for some reason the proposed deal (or a replacement deal from another bidder) does not proceed - IMO this risk is relatively small. The upside is that another bidder trumps the current offer - IMO the chance of Rio lodging a higher bid is very strong, hence my buy in in expectation of a counter bid from Rio.
