I had a phone call from Link yesterday.
They advised that those that voted for last meeting will have to revote a second time.
Sounds like the board are pressing ahead with this deal for Dye and Durham.
Dye and Durham will agree to divest Link Australian business.
Is this correct?
A previous post has said their are other parties interested in buying Link.
Some of those waiting on the side lines think existing executives are a joke.
They dont want to pay much for the company.
So us shareholders will have to to take a loss to get rid of our shares.
Hard now to decide, who to trust.
I am concerned about the behaviour of management.
Something needs to change.
