I received a call today asking how I was to vote. I advised 'no' and added that the time-limited potential for an extra 13 cents was entirely in the hands of D&D, and that was an asinine call, suggesting we either get additional value for it now, or it is not part of the sale. I forgot to add that if we are to hand it over, there should be at least a guaranteed 10 cents payment if they do not sell it within a year.
