Agree - solid annualised return if consideration paid in that date range.
Although, with the reduced D&D offer, I would be happy for ACCC or other regulator to block.
More upside for holders to deliver a second strike and spill the board - reset.
It's the longer road, but likely a better outcome for holders IMO.
