Hi @Beachcomber4 greatly appreciate all your hard work on LNK but dont waste your time and money with legal action, etc - its not worth the effort in light of the general shareholders capitulation. We can always hope that ASIC finally earns its keep but like you i'm not holding my breath.
I hope you have got a capital gain from this transaction but if not then at least you can offset the loss on this against future gains (as is the case with me). In all seriousness life is much more than just gains and losses on the sharemarket.
As i said above, please accept my sincere thanks for all the fight you showed regarding this blatant stealing of LNK - its evident the directors didn't have shareholders best interest at heart but you certainly did. I hope we continue to interact in future joint holdings and hopefully not go through another situation again (though another holding of mine, TGR is going through a similar situation).
