@Beachcomber4 - you are right and good that you put pressure on them. Yes won (I voted No) but that is only the first step of this deal to go through. The current share price reflects the chances of this deal.. many legal obstacles, plus D&D funding arrangements expire around the end of September. After that D&D will have to borrow at worse terms.. but I guess they have saved the losses by offering less to LNK shareholders! As for the expert's valuation.. it is a joke. Always matches the desire of the management who pays the fee (independent expert?)
