I'm not down ramping here. I'm holding D13. I watch the trading activities and I reckon SP has a higher probability to go lower.
For those people who are saying SP will 'certainly' go up and D13 is a safe play. I would say you are just too fresh in the stock market.
Anyway, I'm just want to give my opinion and, Time will tell...
Will load up more if it goes to 14 cents mark.
