In my opinion patience is the name of the game here. With technology such as this (and especially since this is a new and relatively young space) one cannot expect that sales will come immediately after demonstrations and presentations. Also since Mesmer is a non-kinetic cuav technology that focuses on protocol manipulation (which most people don't understand) vs. jamming ( which most people do understand) I would expect that interested parties would first need to understand how it works and secondly need to field-test it before making a such a significant purchase. D13 is doing the right thing by focusing on getting its name and capabilities of Mesmer out there. The PR blitz will ultimately pay off big dividends in my opinion.
