Great announcement on the cap restructure and appointment of the new board member. Im surprised this is not breaking to new highs as this is a BIG DEAL in my view. They are cleaning up their structure for further US investment down the line and strengthening their board. The board member looks like he has good mkts experience which is what every co needs IMO. Good luck to all holders, IMO this ride just got started!
