MESMER vs XMADIS, I'd award the prize to D13 for sure, for having the best and most innovative solution.
XMADIS is just another jammer, but it's packaged into a nice expensive all-in-one package. Sure it's rugged and looks nice, but doubt they'd award the winner of such a competition to someone who has an average solution, just built nicely, with price-tag to match.
I'd say they're really looking for solution that will target any and all drone scenario's. That's gotta be MESMER, but they might lose points for not having it all bundled into a nice pretty turn-key solution for customers.
