I am pretty sure the short term/medium term term share price will be pretty rocky as there would be fear that Duxtons doesn’t raise the capital and pays for the acquisition with debt so it could have short term negative consequences. I dare say an announcement saying failed to raise capital and financing through debt would make a lot retail investors spit the dummy hard. Genuinely I would call it a long term opportunity either way with the addition of what I like to call “butt puckering buying opportunities”.
