The last numbers I crunched had SOLs market value as around $20 bucks a share (maybe a little less than that now after the pull back post Perpetual takeover offer). I look at BKW as a cheaper way to get access to SOL with some top quality industrial property thrown into the mix. When I think about the diversification of my portfolio I lump SOL and BKW together as essentially the same company so between them they make up 35 percent of the portfolio. I hold both but significantly more in BKW as it trades at a much cheaper valuation. SOL is around a 10 percent premium to it's assets currently whereas BKW is around a 30 percent discount if you go off my recent breakdown so the difference is pretty stark.
