having said the above about capitalisations, I would have thought they would have been more conservative with their valuations than apparently they have been - lifting just now to 5.2% seems like they were very aggressive- 6 to 7 % you would think it should be really
- has anyone seen them state the capitalisation figure of recent years? - I guess it could have been worked out by rents and comparing to the valuations but it has been a moving target due to all of the development and opening of new leasing space!
good to see the ongoing development will help counter the rising yields, and I am sure the move has a bit to do with tax management as well
